To ensure quality and trust on the platform, we validate the identity and profile of each trainer.

3. Propose and validate your course

Submit your training idea, its target audience, and the skills you wish to convey. Our team will review your proposal.

4. Create and publish your training

Once your project is validated, our educational team and production studio will assist you in creating and publishing your course.

Need help?
Who can become a trainer on Eforma Africa?
Any professional, expert, or practitioner with useful knowledge to share. You do not need to be a teacher by profession. What matters is the relevance of your expertise and your desire to share.
Is it paid for the trainer?
No. Participation in the program is completely free. We earn through a commission on sales.
How am I compensated?
You receive a share of the revenue generated by your course. Payments are made via Mobile Money (available in 7 countries) or by bank transfer, depending on your preference.
Can I record in your studio?
Yes. Our studios and production team are available for all selected trainers.
What type of courses can be offered?
All fields are welcome: professional skills, IT, entrepreneurship, languages, art, music, health, agriculture, crafts… If your content is useful and applicable, it has its place on Eforma.
How long does the course validation process take?
We commit to responding within 7 business days after receiving your complete proposal.
Do I need to be a teacher to propose a course?
No. Anyone with useful expertise and the desire to share can submit a proposal.
Does my course need to be ready already?
No. A clear idea is enough to get started. We will then assist you in the entire design and production process.
How are courses selected?
Each proposal is evaluated based on its relevance to the African market, its potential impact, and its pedagogical feasibility.
Can I propose multiple trainings?
Yes. Once validated, you can develop as many courses as you wish.
